Volkswagen Polo – The Safest Place to Be
There are some situations were you’d better had a Volkswagen Polo. So safe to hide…But could it really handle the womans anger?

It’s small, but tough!

Woman can also use polo…

If you are Beatles fan, it is no need to tell what does this ad symbolize. But if you’re not – look at the second picture.

It’s the Beatles and their alumb cover! There was a Volkswagen Beetle parked next to the zebra crossing which belonged to one of the people living in the apartment across from the recording studio. After the album came out, the number plate was stolen repeatedly from the car. In 1986, the car was sold at an auction for $23,000 and is currently on display at the Volkswagen museum in Wolfsburg, Germany.
Some more details about the album cover creation:
At some point, the album was going to be titled Everest after the brand of cigarettes I used to smoke,” recalls Geoff Emerick. The idea included a cover photo in the Himalayas but by the time the group was to take the photo they decided to call it Abbey Road and take the photo outside the studio on 8 August 1969. McCartney is bare-footed and out of step with the other three. The man standing on the pavement in the background is Paul Cole, a US tourist unaware he had been photographed until he saw the album cover months later. The zebra crossing today remains a popular destination for Beatles fans; see the Abbey Road.
Volkswagen trucks can carry different kind of stuff, and they decided to show it in a very straightforward way. I wonder – do these boxes really exist?

XL and XXL condom users seem to have a lot of problems and Durex knows it. The company showed these problems in their creative ads and instantly gained a huge popularity. While those with XL just have to wear longer kilts in Scotland, the girlfriends of those with XXL have a much harder time adjusting to the size.

poor woman… (or maybe lucky one?)

It ain’t that cool to have Extra Large as you’ve thought!

13th Street is a television channel (runs in Germany and France) specializing in action and suspense shows and movies. We’ve already posted some of its creative advertising methods, and you can see them here: Shocking Ads for TV Channel 13th Street (Calle 13). While the previous ads were very straightforward, creepy and shocking, this time they chose a more subtle, and even funny way to advertise the channel.

The campaign really reminds the one we’ve posted before (Shocking Ads for TV Channel 13th Street (Calle 13)), but a slight modification makes it rather funny than shocking.

If you’ve ever driven a car while feeling tired, you probably know that is quite dangerous, because it is easy to fall asleep. This nice social ad campaign in New Zealand vividly shows the consequences of insufficient sleep – crashed beds with dead body. I believe this must have been an effective campaign as these particular shocking images has a power to stick in your mind with a very simple yet effective message – not enough sleep in bed = death on the road. Well, enjoy the creative ads:
